Fixturlaser AT-200

With the Fixturlaser AT-200 you perform alignments using two digital measuring units and a tablet or phone. There are free apps available for both Android and iOS, which can be downloaded from the store.

The measuring heads of the Fixturlaser AT-200 have a 30mm detector, so that coarse alignment is not necessary. Due to the digital levels, it is not necessary to rotate the shaft over 180 degrees.

User-friendly alignment equipment

The free app can be downloaded from the Playstore or from the App Store. The measuring heads are connected via Bluetooth, after which the measurement starts.

The graphical user interface guides the user through the alignment. The colour-coded alignment results give a clear picture of the position of the machine.

From the app you can make a PDF report with all relevant data such as softfoot measurement and alignment result. Photos can also be added to the report. You can place your own logo on the report.

Expandable to machine diagnostics

The Fixturlaser AT-200 is expandable with additional hardware for performing additional measurements:


Hardware and software for measuring run-out, bearing clearance and softfoot. With the measuring probe (accuracy 0.001mm) various measuring points are taken. The free software reports the findings.


Machine diagnostics

With a wireless, tri-axial vibration sensor, measurements are taken to analyze the status of the rotating equipment. The free software provides an analysis of the problem (including alignment error, imbalance, looseness, cavitation) and overall values at all measuring points in 3 directions.
