Vibration Measurements

The two-day vibration measurement training course covers the subject from the ground up. The training is intended for companies that want to start measuring and analyzing vibrations.

Program

Day 1:

– Maintenance forms SAO GAO and TAO
– The purpose of vibration measurements
– What is a vibration
– How are they expressed and presented
– Types of measuring equipment
– Which types of spectra (trend, fft, envelope, waterfall spectra, etc.)

Day 2:

– Various calculations (1 and 2 revolutions, gear engagement frequencies, blade, etc.)
– Different types of problems and damage
– Software basic knowledge (create measuring points, settings of a measuring point)
– Types of measurements
– Types of recorders (only deal with those types that apply)
– Specific explanation of hierarchy between the different equipments
